Cute robe, but the belt keeps slipping loose and it won’t stay shut. Annoying.

The stuff I got was definitely cute, but for what I paid, I expected the quality to be a bit better. Once shipping was added in, it just felt even less worth it. Not saying it’s a scam, but… I probably wouldn’t order again.

It looks really cute, and I wanted to love it, but the sleeves are just way too much. They drag around and get in the way of everything, which drove me a little crazy. It’s fine for maybe wearing once in a while, but for daily lounging, I just don’t think it works

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the fabric felt scratchier than I was expecting. I thought it would be softer and cozier, but it just didn’t feel that comfortable to me

This showed up last week and I kept picking it up to look at the details before I even really tried it on. The stitching is super neat, the fabric has that nice sturdy feel, and it definitely gives off “someone actually cared while making this” energy, which I always appreciate.

The only thing, and it’s not a huge thing, is that the fit wasn’t quite what I had pictured in my head. Maybe that’s partly on me, because sizing can be weird online, but it was just a tiny bit different than expected. Still really happy with it overall, and I’d probably order again.

I found a few designs I actually liked, but the prices felt way too high for what you’re getting. I already had a feeling this kind of stuff tends to be marked up more than it should be, and the shipping cost on top just confirmed it for me. I’ve bought similar items elsewhere for less, so it didn’t really feel worth it

Maybe it’s somewhere on the site, but that’s on them if customers have to go digging for it. I ended up passing because the ethical sourcing stuff felt way too vague for me.

I received the wrong items in my order, and one item was missing altogether. I get that mistakes happen, but you’d think checking the order before shipping would be basic common sense. Frustrating experience overall.

My Oddbird piece shrank badly after just one wash. The fit is completely off now, and my sister even noticed right away when I tried it on again. i’m annoyed because I really expected it to hold up better.

I spent a little time trying to use OddBird, it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I was just trying to browse around and find some basic information, but the pages felt slow enough that I kept wondering if something was wrong with my connection. Even when things did load, I felt like I had to click through too many different spots just to get to simple details that should have been easier to find.

The menu also didn’t really make much sense to me, or at least it wasn’t laid out in a way that felt natural. I was using my phone, and a few parts of the site either didn’t load properly or just looked a little off, which made the whole thing feel clunky. I kept tapping around, going back, opening another page, and then realizing I still wasn’t totally sure where I was or how to get where I wanted to go.

To be fair, the products themselves might be totally fine, and maybe I would have liked something if I had stuck with it longer. But the website got in the way so much that I eventually just gave up. It didn’t feel like a smooth shopping experience at all, and by the end I was more annoyed than interested.

I’ll give it credit, it’s versatile and I’ve been able to wear it with a lot more outfits than I expected. But the color options are so limited it’s kind of annoying. Like, it works, sure, but why not offer a few more choices?

I returned my order, getting the refund sorted was a real headache. The emails took forever, and when they did reply, the answers were vague. I’m sure other customers would feel the same frustration if they had to chase this much. It took way longer than it should have, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
